In many cases, you can begin therapy without a physician's referral. However, some insurance plans may require one. We recommend contacting us to discuss your specific situation, and we'll guide you through the process.

Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, any referral paperwork from your doctor, and a list of current medications. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms.

Most therapy sessions last between 45 minutes to one hour. Your initial evaluation may take slightly longer (about 60-90 minutes) as we conduct a thorough assessment of your condition.

We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurers. Contact our office for a complete list of accepted insurance providers, or we can verify your coverage for you.
